Downsizing to this townhouse gave our long-time clients an opportunity to create a contemporary living environment. Working closely with the interior design firm, Stefura Associates, we employed simple design elements and a clean color palette to highlight both the owners' art collection and the landscaped surroundings. The design of the new kitchen integrates prep and cooking zones with a built-in seating area. Walnut base cabinets bring warmth to the room while painted upper cabinets and simple backsplashes extend the spaciousness of other rooms. On the second floor, the design of the primary suite continues the theme of elegant comfort.
