A different design strategy is employed for this kitchen, also situated in a notable house in the Fisher Hill neighborhood. Here, our clients desired a kitchen more contemporary in style. Cleanly detailed flush cabinets with hickory accents, a large central island with seating, quartz counters, concealed small appliances storage, glazed ceramic pendant lights, and a fully tiled backsplash wall all fulfill their design request. An adjoining butler's pantry is updated in a similar palette while the dining room is restored in a manner consistent with the original historic house.
